Business Internet

Business Internet is a Rickner Smart Solutions service that uses Verizon's wireless network. It is sold as part of our connectivity and security offering, not as a standalone Verizon retail plan.

It is for shops, offices, job sites, temporary locations, and remote security setups in the U.S. You may relocate service to another covered site. Coverage and speeds depend on the location in use and are not guaranteed.

Data on the Unlimited plan is intended for typical business use (office applications, point-of-sale, cameras, and similar). After 1.2 TB of use in a billing cycle, speeds on that line may be reduced to 3 Mbps for the rest of the cycle. If usage exceeds 1.2 TB for three consecutive billing cycles, the line may be moved to another plan or suspended. During network congestion, traffic may be prioritized behind other users.

Service is not for public or guest Wi‑Fi, web hosting, or continuous video/audio streaming unless we approve it in writing. Voice, text, and multimedia messaging are not included except 611/911 where available.

Equipment is sold separately and must be compatible with the network. Monthly service is billed by Rickner Smart Solutions. Service is month-to-month. Disconnects require 30 days' notice. Support is provided by Rickner Smart Solutions, not Verizon.
